Millions of dollars are going unclaimed in Indiana. For example the economic stimulus payments in Lafayette area amount to over $300,000. That means there are thousands of residents who still need to file their Economic Stimulus tax returns

Director of Social Justice Patti O'Callaghan said the Lafayette Urban Ministry want to help those who still need to file.

"There is a certain population of people that are not required to file taxes because they don't make enough money to be required to file taxes, or they only receive Social Security benefits or Veterans disability benefits that they don't normally pay taxes on and so they don't normally have to file taxes, …
That's what this stimulus package was really supposed to do. Get it in the hands of people to then stimulate the economy," said O'Callaghan.

But a lot of these economic stimulus returns could go unclaimed. When they do, foundmoney will make best efforts to track these unclaimed payments.
